Our Vision Statement is "Promote and Improve the Quality of Life for the Baahaali Community."
On April 30, 2007, President Joe Shirley Jr. approved Navajo Nation Council Resolution CAP-13-07 "Relating to Elections; Changing the Name of Breadsprings Chapter to the new name of Baahaali Chapter.
On December 24, 2008, the Transportation and Community Development Committee approved Baahaali Chapter as the 10th Certified Chapter of the Navajo Nation. Congratulations David Emerson, Benjamin Livingston, Annie Descheny, Gloria Skeet de Cruz, Guarena M Adeky Skeets, Charles Damon, and Ernest D. Yazzie for a job well done!!

The Baahaali Chapter conducts monthly meetings to keep residents informed; residents have a forum to express their opinions to their Navajo Nation Council Delegate or to decide on matters concerning their chapter. The Chapter also provides assistance in the form of Emergency Assistance, Housing Discretionary Funds, Scholarship Assistance, and Technical Assistance.
